Introducing the BP7450, our OMRON 10 Series Wireless Upper Arm home blood pressure monitor (replaces BP786), designed to provide easy and accurate readings. Powered by our exclusive OMRON Advanced Accuracy technology, this device measures an increased amount of data points, resulting in consistent and precise results. By minimizing the impact of your breathing and movements, it reduces measurement inconsistencies and errors, ensuring reliable readings.


Equipped with a dual LCD monitor in a horizontal layout, the 10 Series Wireless Upper Arm Monitor allows you to compare your current reading with your previous one instantly. The large, black, backlit side-by-side comparison display enhances visibility for clearer readings.


With its premium features, this blood pressure monitor can store up to 200 readings for two users (100 readings per user). Additionally, the Advanced Averaging feature calculates and displays the average of the last three readings taken within the past 10 minutes. For seamless record keeping, sync the monitor to the free OMRON Connect app via Bluetooth, and enjoy unlimited memory and graphs.

BP OMRON machine

The formed cuff is very helpful and can be used by yourself to put it on. Cuff placement is critical to an accurate reading.

Excellent BP monitor

I have had this BP monitor for 10 months now and both my husband and myself use it almost daily. It has settings for 2 people. I have down loaded the Omron app on my I-phone and it easily sync with the app. I take this to my Heart doctor whenever I have and appointment and it helps them see what is going on. I have been having high BP problems for over a year now and signs of AFib. It reads my upper/lower BP and pulse. It will indicate if you show signs of AFib for that reading with a little Heart symbol. I can not say enough good about this machine. It has really made my treatment so much more accurate.

Dusty specks under sealed glass.
Unusually LOW readings for (normal) and I'm always Stage 1 Hypertensive or Pre-Hypertensive readings...so while fun to see, I know they were false numbers
